Chocolates like no other
Our chocolates represent the perfection that can only be achieved by blending Pascal Caffet's renowned expertise in chocolate making with years of meticulous chocolate tasting and feedback from thousands of zChocolat.com customers worldwide. Caffet uses only premium natural ingredients to complement his unique and acclaimed chocolate-making talent: Valencia almonds from Spain or Piedmont hazelnuts from Italy, the finest French cream and butter, and the purest cocoa butter from beans harvested around the world are carefully blended to create exceptional flavors and textures that can only be described as divine. Caffet creates these chocolates by hand, preserving a high cocoa content and using no preservatives and very little sugar. The result is a selection of French chocolates with more intense flavors and a longer finish than other varieties.
The assortments
When you order a product with a minimum of 15 pieces, you can change the default assortment of chocolates (combination of dark and milk) by opting instead for 15 dark or milk chocolates, 15 pralines, 15 Z chocolates, a colorful mix of 12 hearts, 40 chocamandines or 20 orangettes. If the product you select contains several layers, you can change the assortment of each layer separately. Assortments of 4 and 9 chocolates contain a pleasing balance of dark, milk and white chocolates with a variety of fillings but are not customizable. If you need more control, please consider our personalized assortment which allows you to hand pick each chocolate individually. This assortment is also available for products with 4 and 9 pieces.
The 4-piece assortment
This selection includes the famous Z chocolate (a sweet & salty caramel with a crunchy praliné), a pistachio-almond marzipan sprinkled with pieces of caramelized pistachios, a passion fruit caramel and a sesame praliné with toasted sesame seeds and Valencia almonds. This assortment contains a mixture of dark, milk and white chocolates.
The 9-piece assortment
This selection includes the first 9 of our 15 zChocolates: the famous Z chocolate (a sweet & salty caramel with a crunchy hazelnut praliné), a pistachio-almond marzipan, a passion fruit caramel, a sesame praliné, an almond praliné sprinkled with almond chips, a Venezuelan dark chocolate ganache, a coffee ganache, a slow roasted Valencia almond praliné and a bittersweet dark chocolate & raspberry ganache. This assortment contains a mixture of dark, milk and white chocolates.
